# Docs for agents

How AI agents can read these docs - llms.txt, llms-full.txt, any page as Markdown, Accept text/markdown, Copy Markdown, the Open menu and the sitemap.

## Every page as Markdown

Every page of these docs is also plain Markdown, made from the same source, so an agent can read it without the site around it.

| Address           | What it has                                                                                                 |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/llms.txt`       | The index: one line per page, with its Markdown link and what it covers, following the llms.txt convention. |
| `/llms-full.txt`  | Every page in full, in one file.                                                                            |
| `/docs/<page>.md` | One page as Markdown, such as `/docs/agents/measuring.md`. The docs' first page is `/docs.md`.              |
| `/sitemap.xml`    | Every public page of the site, including each docs page.                                                    |

Full addresses start with `https://rack-maker.cbnsndwch.dev`, for example `https://rack-maker.cbnsndwch.dev/llms.txt`.

A folder's first page takes the folder's name: `/docs/agents.md` is [Using AI agents](https://rack-maker.cbnsndwch.dev/docs/agents).

## Asking for Markdown

An agent can also ask for any docs page's usual address and get Markdown back, by preferring it in the `Accept` header:

Browsers ask for HTML and get the normal page.

## From a docs page

At the top of each page, under its title:

- **Copy Markdown** copies the page as Markdown, ready to paste into a chat with your agent.
- **Open** has a menu: **View as Markdown**, and **Open in ChatGPT**, **Open in Claude**, **Open in Cursor** or **Open in Scira AI**, which starts a new chat there asking it to read the page.

## For the device modeler
